These Terms govern your use of Luv Tapp. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

Use Luv Tapp only if you are legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the relationship details, notes, service listings, and other text you enter. You grant Luv Tapp the limited license needed to store and process that content to provide the service. You represent that your content is lawful and does not infringe another person's rights.

Acceptable use and safety

• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, or sexually explicit content.
• Do not impersonate another person, send spam, publish malware, or attempt to compromise the service.
• Service listings are private to the account that creates them in this release; do not enter another person's confidential information without permission.

We may remove content or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights. The current release does not expose a public user-generated feed or cross-user messaging surface.

AI guidance and third-party links

AI suggestions and coach responses are informational and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of an outcome. Third-party event, restaurant, gift, map, and delivery pages are operated by their providers and are subject to the providers' terms; Luv Tapp does not handle their fulfillment, refunds, or disputes.

Payments and subscriptions

This release has no subscription, trial, digital purchase, restore-purchases control, or in-app service-payment flow. Any external purchase is made with the selected third-party provider under that provider's terms.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using Luv Tapp or delete your account from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. Data handling after deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

Luv Tapp is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Luv Tapp and its providers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or third-party pages.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
